Reviews is a very important component of our website. Through reviews others can see guests experiences with that vehicle. All reviews will be available in the listing’s details page and host’s profile page.
REVIEWS BY YOU: After a guest has booked a listing, the day after their checkout date they will receive an invitation to write a review for that listing which will expire after 14 days. In the write a review form there are 6 criterias: accuracy, communication, cleanliness, location, check in, and value. The guest will be able to rank them out of five starts which will be reflected in the overall rating of that particular listing. Our algorithm calculates all of the rankings and provide the average as the overall rating that will be displayed in the results page and details page. Additional feedback can be provided in the write a review form such as: a text field to let others know your overall experience, text field to let them know where they could improve on and other text field for the critarias. After the guest has provided their feedback they can see it in their past reviews section. You can access the Reviews By You section by going to the “Edit Profile” or “Profile” and then clicking on the Reviews subtab.
REVIEWS ABOUT YOU: All of the reviews written about your listing will be shown in this section. In here the host will be able to access the write a review form containing all of the feedback provided by the host but is only able to view it and can’t alter/change it. The host is able to reply to the hosts feedback only once to minimize spam/unnecessary conflict. The hosts reply to the review will also be available in that listing’s details page and the hosts profile page. You can access the Reviews About You section by going to the “Edit Profile” or “Profile” and then clicking on the Reviews subtab.
